Registration: "Machzikei Cooks"

In order to purchase a ticket for Machzikei Cooks for Ten Yad of Ottawa and receive a tax receipt, please click here to go to the Ten Yad webpage and do the following:

1.  Click on the purple box on the right hand side labeled "Donate".    
2.  On the donation page, purchase as many tickets as you like for $36/ticket and write "Machzikei Cooks" in the "Message Box”.
3.  Please indicate the name/s of each guest/s in the ‘Message Box”. 
4.  If you would like to be with a specific Table Captain, please indicate that in the “Message Box” as well.
